Basic room, good breakfast
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly host, great shower Cons: For a hot night, there was traffic noise as we needed the window open. Room decor a bit tired/dusty.
Didnt live up to expectations
Pros: Property was clean and room as described Cons: The location. Whilst it is picturesque its on a surprisingly very busy road by a junction . Difficult to sleep as traffic was still busy late at night and very early morning . Not sure if this is normal or we were unlucky . Breakfast was functional. One man cooking and serving who bought in others breakfast and ignored us . When he returned told us to help ourselves to coffee. We dont like coffee. I didnt feel welcome and will go elsewhere next time
Comfortable and friendly
Pros: Breakfast Cons: Stay too short
Pros: Lovely room with ensuite shower and toilet. Comfortable bed. TV if needed and coffee/ tea. Made very welcome at breakfast which was cooked perfectly and very delicious. Situated a few miles from
Pros: Lovely room with ensuite shower and toilet. Comfortable bed. TV if needed and coffee/ tea. Made very welcome at breakfast which was cooked perfectly and very delicious. Situated a few miles from the city of Chichester, easy to find in a beautiful hamlet with a fantastic walk to the windmill which was worth doing. All in all a super one night stay with a kind, friendly host. Cons: Parking limited on property but layby spaces available around property.
Pros: Breakfast (and breakfast staff) was great
Pros: Breakfast (and breakfast staff) was great. Also local restaurant Anglesey Arms really good and Windmill Trail walk beautiful. Cons: Place was pretty devoid of atmosphere and room at front had a lot of traffic noise
