Mixed emotions

Pros: The staff were very friendly, checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and tidy Cons: We stayed in one of the hotel rooms and the noise from the room directly above us was bad. We could hear every footstep, was really loud. I’d definitely stay at the woolstore again, but not in the downstairs hotel room we were in

Very practical and central to the main part of Hobart.

Pros: The staff where friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright and roomy. The hotel was close to an event that i was attending. The beds was comfortable. The bathroom had a bath which was a bonus Cons: The QR code on the tv for the menu for room service would not connect or just wasn't working. We was thinking of having room service for our meal but it was too hard to work out. The carpet in the hallway leading to the room was dated and showing its age.
