This hotel is far from the Luxury Hotel. There was no water pressure in the bathroom. The price does not match the quali
Pros: Swimming pool outside. Cozy room. Cons: Door to the bathroom. It was constantly in the way. In room 505. Lots of staff, but not much help, it felt like everyone working there were interns.

Pros: We loved the amazing location of the hotel, the spacious and modern room and bathroom, and the hotel's garden - wonderful and beautiful place for a meal or a drink
Pros: We loved the amazing location of the hotel, the spacious and modern room and bathroom, and the hotel's garden - wonderful and beautiful place for a meal or a drink. The pool floor is great. The service was always provided with a smile and a lot of goodwill. The concierge's food recommendations were excellent. We will definitely return there. Cons: In a 5-star hotel, I expect pre-bed service - room preparation for the night, chocolate before bed, a bottle of water with a glass, and closing the curtains, and on the contrary, opening them in the morning. Highly Recommend
Stayed in Lisbon. Atmosphere was terrific. Rooms were great, roomy, and comfortable. Staff was engaging, pleasant, and quick to your needs. Very reasonably priced.

Don't stay at this hotel, it's not worth the money
Pros: Nothing Cons: Severe lack of customer service. Every time you ask for something they take the attitude that they are doing you a favor. I made 2 reservations and I had problems with both. Dinner reservations were changed to a time that wouldn't allow for the concert we are seeing. This happened twice. What started as a romantic getaway at a 5-star hotel ended up a big hassle.
