Great value for money
Easy access, quiet even though there is a pub downstairs. The pizza shop attached to the pub is absolutely amazing too. Great value for money. Would stay here again if I was in Newcastle for a night or two

incredible
Pros: amazing! even though it was on top of a bar it didn’t seem loud at all! the room was very nice and there was a side entrance door you can go through so you don’t have to walk through the bar Cons: nothing to say

Always enjoyable to stay here.
Pros: No breakfast. Cons: Perhaps a small fridge in each room but I realise you have the shared kitchen area.
