A friendly, well-located hotel in a charming town.
Pros: The staff were so friendly & helpful. Great location to the ferry on Lac Leman & the lovely old town of Evian, with its museums, restaurants, shops & sites. Cons: Wish it had a lift, but the staff helped us with our luggage.
