Pros: We had such a wonderful stay, and John and Francie were the best hosts we’ve ever had! They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the beachfront, with just a road separating the property from the beach. There’s also a bus stop right in front, which makes it very convenient if you want to explore other parts of the Isle of Wight. There are restaurants nearby as well, so everything you need is within easy reach.

Beautiful beach house in the Isle of Wight
Pros: The house is very well maintained and sits right on the beach, providing access to many establishments within walking distance of the guest house. There is a bar onsite as well. We were provided with instructions for parking ahead of time and loads of recommendations for restaurants in the area, which we appreciated. Our rooms have all the amenities that we needed, including slippers!
Cons: There was no onsite parking, however the car park next to it has free overnight parking. Our room is looking over the car park, but it was very peaceful and quiet.

Das Haus und das Zimmer waren so geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass man sich vom 1. Augenblick an wohlfühlte. Der Blick vom Bett auf das Meer und den Clocktower war atemberaubend. Jeden Abend wurden wir vom Rauschen der Wellen in den Schlaf gewogen und am nächsten Morgen mit einem traumhaften Frühstück (mindestens 6 verschiedene Obstsorten plus cooked breakfast) auf der Terrasse von John und Francine begrüßt.
Als besonderes Plus empfanden wir auch die familiäre Atmosphäre sowie die tolle Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse, die wir jederzeit nutzen konnten.
