Magical weekend in a lovely glamping setup

Pros: Lovely glamping tent/houses set around a nice open grass area, which we used as a group to play football, cricket and run around on. There were BBQ facilities which we also used. The tents were clean and the shower/toilet block was also in great condition. It was a wonderful place for us to meet up as four families and have a magical time together. Cons: Not a criticism of the place, but it did get cold in the night, so be ready for that if you're coming here.

Pros: The tents, the field, sheep next door, BBQ facilities, shower rooms, villages nearby. It was a lovely stay, thank you 🙂 Cons: The nearby motorway can be noisy, especially after rain.

Beautiful location, great facilities and a great field to play in.

Pros: A beautiful location, space, not crowded and we had it all to ourselves. Great showers. Comfy beds. Cons: The motorway was closer than I realised but could have been worse

For the most part it was an enjoyable stay.

Pros: The site and the tent were wonderful. Glorious views. Beautiful sunsets. Plenty of wild life. The toilet block was spotless on our arrival. However I wonder if it could cope with every tent occupied to capacity because we had to wait for a shower with only four tents being occupied! Cons: The noise from the motorway. No local Taxis. No signage on the road to the site .The fact that you are only allowed one bag of logs. No information as to where to get more. Or do you just help yourself from the log barn across the lane? No tea /coffee milk. No toiletries.
