Great stay

What an amazing stay. We asked for two glasses and been given an ice bucket as a bonus thank you. Room was very clean, spacious, quiet, bed very comfortable. Thank you

Nesr Southend Central Station and main shopping area I had a sea view room on floor 3 ovelooking the pier. It was clean with Coffee and tes Lovely cooked breakfast bought to you (not a buffet). The waitress was very pleasent

the security was a bit too much but you can never be too careful. the room was alright the floor was quite dirty but it was fine the bed was nice the toilet was good and the breakfast was amazing

Good location, but other areas of improvement needed

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past month for work and on both occasions, there has been both good and bad bits to the stay. The first stay was in December and after arriving slightly before check-in time, I was able to check-in there and then because the room was ready. It was a huge room on the second floor and had a decent area in which I could work. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower excellent. However, the carpets in the room were very dirty and either need replacing or a good clean. Breakfast was buffet style and pretty standard. On one of the mornings, you had to
