Staff were great but some things can’t be fixed except by management investment
Pros: Great location, super plush towels Cons: Air/heat system roars. It’s impossible to be both cool and quiet. And no coffee maker in the room! Have to dash down to lobby before 7 for free coffee.

short and sweet
Pros: The location is perfect. The staff was nice. The room was nice and clean. Cons: The hotel Cafe. We would have to wait in line for about 20 minutes and it was just 1 person in front of us waiting to be seated.

Comfortable rooms and good location
Pros: Very comfortable beds Cons: No coffee makers in the room, but they did serve free coffee in the lobby for a few hours in the early morning.

Cons: 房間內沒有可以喝水的杯子，更別說有咖啡包或是餐具，水也只在第一天給兩瓶（入住四人房），第二天去櫃檯要紙杯並要求是否可以給水（因為不是每天都會整理房間），但櫃檯人員給水的時候還要刁難問說是否沒看到水⋯⋯若是帶外食回房間也沒有餐具，4星級的飯店，有點說不過去
