Not a good hotel to stay

Pros: Not really Cons: Smells old small no service

Not recommended.

Cons: Very small room (no. 2) in the basement. The stairs leading to it are very narrow, making it difficult to reach with a heavy suitcase. Reception barely manned. Due to a delay with our flight, we slept one night less in the hotel, I informed the hotel about this, they also responded but did not mention anything about a possible refund. Now, it's not about wanting my money back, but I would have appreciated it if they had at least informed us whether the night would be refunded or not.

The last place in the world I would return to

Pros: Air conditioning in the room Cons: The cleanliness is terrible! We found cockroaches and various insects in the room several times! The towels, even though washed, were full of hair, dirty!! The sheets were terrible and there were hairs and eyelashes from other people in the pillowcases!!

Pros: The bed and air conditioning were lovely. Coffee was replenished every day, so we could enjoy a nice cup of coffee before leaving. The red metro line is a 10-15 minute walk away and provided a good connection to the city itself Cons: You don't always feel safe in the neighborhood. In the evenings, we used Uber. The green metro line is not recommended. It's a 5-minute walk away, but the route is full of users and homeless people.

Good accommodation, simple and comfortable

Pros: The room is small but very comfortable, it has a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave which are very convenient. I always recommend taking the red line 2, 3 of the train, it's much nicer, the walk, the green line is not in a good area nor the people Cons: A bit of noise from the train but nothing serious, you get used to it if you're not very sensitive to noise when sleeping, it's even cool to experience it.
