Attractive well-run hotel with great staff and food
When we arrived, the receptionist noticed we both had walking sticks. She said that they had allocated a first-floor room, but the lift was out of order, so she changed the allocated room for a ground floor room. The room had bathrobes, slippers, and a Nespresso machine for coffee, teas, and good quality biscuits. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order, which was better than our previous visit when it was a buffet. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: All staff members are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good, and the room was clean and comfortable. This is my second visit to Scotland and both times I used this hotel, and I will definitely stay there again Cons: No air conditioning
