The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel, London

Mediocre , staff friendly , but overall service could improve , prefer mini bar to be full ready.

Pros: 1421 room number the floor had bits on near mini bar as though it has not been hoovered properly . Staff should only knock on doors which have a sign on door saying clean room otherwise the guest is disturbed . Inconsistency in timing of cleaning left to go outside the Hotel in the morning came back in the afternoon room was still not cleaned , housekeeping needs to improve . Waited to long in bar area ground floor to get served despite sitting long time and other guests coming in after us I then had to raise my hand to draw attention to staff chatting behind the bar not observant enough

I will always rebook in the park tower as I have very good memories going back 30 years

Pros: Very bad guest service specially Sophia very rude Russian lady!! She should get a professional training course on how to deal with customers looking down on people if it wasn’t for all the Arabs booking in this hotel the income would drop badly so deal with your customers with respect Cons: This was not my first stay at Park Tower, which is why I was especially shocked and disappointed by the way our situation was handled this time. We arrived on time for check-in, but we were told that we would have to wait approximately three hours if we wanted all of our rooms on the same floor since

Pros: استقبال الموظفين المناوبين في ذالك الوقت Cons: الموظفين لم يكونو خدومين ابدا ويوجد موظفه اسلوبها غير محترم في التعامل واستقبال الشكاوى
