Pros: The bed is extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly. Food was excellent. Cons: Staines all over the carpets! The woman who met me at the hotel had placed something belonging to me in her bag, while in my room, she was in the bar and suddenly 3 men appeared at my room Asking for her bag! Not want I would expect from a hotel like this. I get the impression this isn't the first time she's done this. I brought this up with management in the morning who took my number to give me a call regarding the matter. I didn't receive a call.

An excellent experience - the hotel was perfect for a stay in Cardiff and superb facilities
Pros: Location quality of the room and quality of the Breakfast and indeed all the staff members that we dealt with were very helpful. Cons: Nothing
Excellent breakfast, fabulous location
Pros: Fabulous breakfast, brilliant location, really friendly staff Cons: It was a little on the pricey side!
Excellent stay, defo come back
Pros: Friendly staff, couldn't do enough for you, breakfast was spot on and lots of it. Location was literally 2 min stroll into town Cons: Nothing about a £50 security deposit on either their website or Booking.com
A nice treat
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, we booked for an early check-in and our room was ready as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, with an amazing view of the castle and stadium. Cons: The bathroom was small, the shower door didn't fully close so let water out and the shower head was slightly leaking (nothing major, but for the cost of the room, you wouldn't expect these things), we were only there 1 night so forgot to mention it to the staff.
