Pros: Sistemazione molto accogliente in un albergo storico, posizione rispetto a Stonehenge comoda anche se a di essi km di distanza; cibo ottimo, personale molto disponibile, camera pulita Cons: Manca un supporto su cui appoggiare la valigia e l'illuminazione non e' scarsa, ragior per cui la valutazione non è 10
Great stopover en route to/from the West Country
Pros: Lovely cosy lounge with log burner, all public rooms very tastefully decorated. Lovely comfortable bedroom, exceptionally spotless bathroom. Good food both in the evening and for breakfast. Great location to view Wilton House and to visit Salisbury. This hotel is part of a small chain called Chickpea. I would definitley seek out other hotels in their group to stay in. Cons: Sporadic loud music while dining . Usual problem - music choice in the hands of 20 something staff. Clientele not appreciating the music choices.Happened intermittently at breakfast too.
