Extreme disappointment
Pros: Well-located hotel, beach chairs and towels provided, sea and shops nearby. Very good pastries. Cons: Sofa bed not made upon arrival, had to call and wait 25 minutes, body lotion placed in the shower instead of shower gel, had to call again and wait, uncomfortable sofa bed mattress and base, a duvet was lent to us to reduce discomfort! Breakfast good but not enough choice. Cappuccino machine breakdown, even though we had ordered some. We ordered scrambled eggs and received omelettes placed at the end of the table and not in front of us. Salt and pepper had to be requested, same for sugar
