Well worth checking out, especially if you are going to the O2.

Pros: We were at a concert at the O2, we have eaten here before so decided to try an overnight stay. It is a five minute walk to the O2. The rate includes parking for the car and breakfast. The room is really well designed and comfortable with very effective air con, which this year is essential. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Cons: Liked it all.

Great location and ale, but other aspects require improvement.

Pros: The location; conveniently close to the O2, where I was attending a concert. Breakfast excellent. Room well-equipped. Good ale! Cons: The bed (Room 6) is rather disconcerting, because you have to clamber over it to get in and, even more awkwardly, to get out. Staff were sometimes more interested in talking to each other, rather than serving customers in a pleasant manner. Plates, cutlery and glasses left on tables for unacceptably lengthy periods, only being cleared at 'last orders.'

Good base if you want to drive to London

Pros: Accessibility and parking at the door is super convenient if you want to get to London by car. Buses, metro, and Uberboat are within walking distance. There is a lively pub on the ground floor where you can also eat, the noise was not audible in the room (2nd floor). Cons: Breakfast was very limited, you had to pay extra for a cappuccino and the service was very slow. The beds were a bit too hard, the coffee machine in the room did not work.
