It was everything I hoped it would be and more.
Pros: When I started planning our New York wedding, I knew that the day would not be complete without fulfilling my dream of staying at the Plaza. Spending my last night as a Miss and then getting ready at the Plaza on the morning of the wedding and subsequently returning on our wedding night did not disappoint. A complimentary room upgrade and several special touches helped to make our stay truly unforgettable, and we will carry the memories with us always. The room was just exquisite, room service was delicious, and the staff were all incredible and so friendly. Special mention to the bellho

Many of the staff did not seem genuinely passionate about their work, and the interactions often lacked the warmth and authentic friendliness one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. At this level of hospitality, it is not only about the building or the location—the attitude and engagement of the team are a fundamental part of the experience. Unfortunately, that was noticeably missing during our stay.
