A quiet and elegant stay

Pros: My stay was excellent and comfortable. The hotel is distinguished by its great location close to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Edgware Road. The staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the small size of the hotel, its tranquility, and its elegant Japanese style, which is the type of hotels I usually prefer. The only note was the small room size, however, the experience was beautiful and I am thinking of repeating it. Cons: Small room size

Pros: My stay was excellent and comfortable. The hotel is distinguished by its great location close to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Edgware Road. The staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the small size of the hotel, its tranquility, and its elegant Japanese style, as this type of hotels is usually my favorite. Cosy hotel where the kindness and generosity of the staff is very much felt.

Pros: Initially I was not happy with my room. Franchesca really looked after me, moved me to another room and made sure I was comfortable. The hotel is clean and efficient and the breakfast was superb. My five night stay was very comfortable there. Cons: Nothing.
