A quiet and elegant stay

Pros: My stay was excellent and comfortable. The hotel is distinguished by its great location close to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Edgware Road. The staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the small size of the hotel, its tranquility, and its elegant Japanese style, which is the type of hotels I usually prefer. The only note was the small room size, however, the experience was beautiful and I am thinking of repeating it. Cons: Small room size

Cosy hotel where the kindness and generosity of the staff is very much felt.

Pros: Initially I was not happy with my room. Franchesca really looked after me, moved me to another room and made sure I was comfortable. The hotel is clean and efficient and the breakfast was superb. My five night stay was very comfortable there. Cons: Nothing.
