Pros: Staff on arrival helpful. Room was not ready by 2pm check in but staff worked hard to allow access by around 2.30 Cons: Shower doors were awkward to use as corner unit Lighting not great - only 1 side light worked.

Really enjoyed our short stay. Arrived and the lady behind the bar was extremely helpful! It was very close to Windsor R
Pros: Fantastic location and close to the racecourse where we’re going for a concert, was very impressed. Cons: Everything was brilliant no negative feedback at all

Cons: The room was very hot and although we was given a fan it remained very hot all night The room and facilities were fantastic though just a Shame there was no air conditioning

Pros: Pub is not that bad. Parking. Leaving.. Cons: Room was stuffy and too hot with no way of cooling it down other than an ineffective noisy fan. Fridge was giving off heat and couldn't be turned off. No sound proofing in room could hear other guests etc. Had to leave in the middle of the night as couldn't sleep. Bathroom stank of dirty water and was damp and dated.
