Conference trip, else would never have stayed here. Arrived early and wanted to check in at 12 noon, instead of 3 pm. My room was ready, empty, and I had to pay Yes 1,000 for every half hour early, so I agreed to pay, as I had work to attend to. Paid and got my room key in minutes. How do I know my room was ready, although they in a very un-Japanese way) lied. I had requested for a memory foam pillow, and when I got to my room the pillow was already there. So the room was ready and the hotel did not accomodate an early arrival, something I have never expereinced before. Of course they justi

The hotel was excellent in their services. I received complementary upgrade, and the room was spacious. Their breakfast was great; choice from the two set menu, which I chose Japanese set. Very authentic and delicious!
