Pros: It is an short 7-10 walk from the Shinagawa station to the hotel, depending if you're coming off on the Shinkansen, JR, or Keikyu line. Minato City is not totally flat, so while we dragged our luggage up the small incline to the hotel front, they immediately offered to take our large bags and brought them up to our room after we checked in. The rooms themselves are very large, especially for 2 people with large bags and everything was very clean. Pros: It's an older hotel that does everything well. Cons: It's a very big place, tidy rooms but not luxury.
