Enjoyable once issues were sorted. Comfortable beds
Pros: Location and facilities. Unit was clean and spacious. Well equipped. Cons: Front sliding door was old and poor engagement. Jumped out of slider. A night without hot water which turned out to be a simple fix once aware of a need to “reset”. Poor communication via Bookings.com regarding the above. Once we were in contact with Leanne on site it was great.
It was a bright, fresh, clean, modern cabin
It was a bright, fresh, clean, modern cabin. It had all the facilities we needed for a family plus access to resort extras. We relaxed in the spa, cooking in the kitchen was easy with all pots/pans/utensils/cooktop, and coffee on the deck in the morning surrounded by trees and birds.
Beautiful property and resort
Beautiful property and resort. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Really enjoyed pur stay at the Purple Hen. Will definately be back.
Pros: It was close enough to the Phillip Island track and to Cowes but fare enough to give you a nice quite (not the Cowes is loud) location. Cons: Bird poo lol, not that it's bad (it's not).
