Pros: Although I didn't like the idea of being asked for a breakfast schedule (since during vacations we don't expect to be rushed to meet the hotel's demands, which is stressful), the breakfast and its variety were good. We liked the location of the room, with a view of the river, and the proximity (walking distance) to the center and the Shambles. Cons: a) Unfriendly welcome at reception; she was not friendly. b) Lack of air conditioning in the room; especially necessary in this summer.

Extremadamente incómodo, agotador y muy decepcionante
Siempre nos hemos alojado en el hotel anteriormente sin problemas, un hotel encantador. Sin embargo, tuvimos que reservar apartamentos Clousters debido a la falta de disponibilidad de habitaciones. El colchón en el apartamento era espantoso y resultó en falta de sueño. Después de quejarnos, el personal trajo un colchón diferente, el gerente había dicho anteriormente que sería un colchón nuevo de espuma viscoelástica. No lo era, y aunque era ligeramente mejor que el anterior, después de unos minutos acostado en él, se volvió extremadamente incómodo ya que era como estar acostado en concreto. Mu
