Clean room. We had a couple of neighbors in the hallway that could have been a little quieter at 6 am and at 2 am. We walked to the WWII museum, walked to a concert at Smoothie King, and took a nearby trolley to the edge of the French Quarter. A great location. All staff were very helpful & friendly.

The location is convenient and close to public transportation, and the ambiance in the lobby is cozy and quirky. The staff was very pleasant and were able to assist us with all of our inquiries and issues. Check-out was a breeze, but we had a few bumps with check-in. I booked through a 3rd party website, and there was not an option to add other guests to the booking. Apparently, in order to check in, they must be added to the reservation... and I never received that option. Despite that, they were very flexible and were able to get my group checked in. The mattresses were much more comfortable
