Amazing hotel, friendly staff
Pros: Central location Cons: Nothing
What ever happened to the doorman. Always there and ready to assist. There was no one to be seen inside or outside. Had
Pros: Nice decor. Always love the piano room. Overall I will always return when I can. Cons: I feel the Morse bar is used more as a waiting area and it has lost some character which is a shame.
Food fine ,location is where we wanted to be, but room was a massive let down.
Pros: the Alice restaurant Was good particularly the Romanian Maitre . Cons: Room 21 should be closed and used as a boot room or something similar. It is soooo small and cold even with the aircon switched off.One of the worst rooms I have ever had the misfortune to stay in.And I have travelled around the world extensively in my time.
It was fantastic stay in a great historic hotel!
The location of the hotel was excellent! We also loved the breakfast.
Het eten was afschuwelijk. Kregen frietjes en tosti roomservice. Tosti was nog bevroren van binnen. En de frietjes waren al erg afgekoeld bij levering. De verwachtingen waren hoog. Maar de realiteit was erg teleurstellend.
