Lovely staff member on duty. Poor standard of room, especially for the price

Pros: Bed and pillows were comfy Cons: The room had a very strong smell of dog. It was very tired and not overly clean either.

Pros: The gentleman on reception was really friendly and kind, a credit to this place and I wish he would find a place to work thats better for him Parking was surprisingly available Location to Clifton Downs was perfect Good price - hotel very worn down but sheets towels and bathrooms are all cleaned well Cons: Needs some investment as you can see where there has been previous water leaks not painted over, blind in bathroom was broken, windows difficult to open and close Carpets are stained but hoovered well BED BUGS room 438. Pros: The reception is really kind and thoughful :) Cons: The wifi should be installed as I was tired and just wanna lay on the bed for rest 🥲

Pros: Comfortable big & quiet room. Cons: No microwave and hair dryer, walking up to 3rd floor with heavy luggage, not convenient if you are elderly.
