Nice hotel,just off the motorway, good value for money.

Pros: Good location, just off motorway. Nice clean hotel. Cons: The restaurant is quite dark ,not very inviting. We were getting ready to go out and the fire alarm went off .We walked out ,downstairs to the fire escape which lead to the kitchen. We walked over broken paving slabs. To meet a member of staff, she had no idea of the alarm going off or where to send us ( there were now 5 people) I walked into the kitchen and explained to the chef. (He was horrified we were in the kitchen. ).Explained all of this to reception on the way out ,they said they would be in touch.? They haven't.

Worse experience ever!!

Pros: It was fairly clean! Cons: I was kept awake all night wth a malfunctioning smoke alarm- it was going off every hour. There was no phone in bedroom incase of emergency- there was no wifi and also tv not working- it was the worse stay imaginable!!

Nice hotel and staff but lacking in the small details

Pros: Nice location and clean room Cons: Staff couldn’t find my room at first after walking around the hotel for 10 mins. Then when finally got to room the tv wouldn’t work. Got fixed but went back off after 30 mins. Only one towel in bathroom. So from arrival to till time to relax took about a hour

Pros: Not much Cons: Flies in my room as it was located at the back off the hotel right above the bins No air con No coffee or tea Hair in shower

Pros: Very helpful staff, good food,excellent shower in particular! Cons: TV channels unobtainable, no soap in the shower
