Good stay thanks to location and staff, but value for money needs to improve
Pros: Location is perfect - just in front of the V&A Museum and walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was wonderful, very welcoming and professional - special thanks to Mr. Scott (always smiling and very professional) and to the young gentleman at the reception who stored our luggage and helped us into the taxi on check-out (sorry, I didn't ask the name). Cons: For the price, the overall quality was not good enough. Room was quite small, and on the first night it was not cleaned (we did not ask not to). Both main elevators were out of ord
