Horrible
Pros: Nothing Cons: Updated and no room service or coffee machine in the room. Not normal for a 4-star hotel.

Was excellent yet again
Pros: This is my seventh stay here. I love the location. Cons: Was very clean. A good location. Missed not having tea or coffee in the room. We only ever had 2 towels left every day and had to ask for more, which was never a problem, just a bit inconvenient. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
