Pros: Erika est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, elle est disponible, réactive, à l'écoute et très gentille. Les instructions données pour se rendre à l'appartement sont bien expliquées. Ce-dernier est spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. Cons: Manque de propreté et certaines ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas.
