Excellent Location and Wonderful Staff
Pros: The location is excellent, just a short walk from Covent Garden. The room was comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Cons: It was a little noisy outside at night. I also found a few hairs in the bathroom that weren’t mine, but overall the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Decent - location was good but we didn’t enjoy being in the room.
Pros: Location and cleanliness Cons: The rooms were small, lack of welcoming lobby. Images made to imply it was grand - instead I felt like we were in an attic.
