Pros: We liked the everything in the hotel but the price is bit high compared to others which are closer to city centre. Cons: After check out we called the reception staff to tell them that we forgot our passports in safe box and they responded that housekeeping did not mention about lost passports although we insisted to take permission from new gust to check the safe box but non of the stuff wanted to help. I had to go to the hotel physically to request them again the same and finally a wonderful staff called Yasmin helped us who went up to take permission from new guest and our passports
