Convenient and comfortable Kensington hotel!

Highly recommend this charming, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location! The staff were friendly and helpful. The tube stop is a block away. The room had thoughtful details.

Do not stay here!

Pros: The Staff is amazing! They go above and beyond for the residents. Cons: The bed in room L17 needs to be thrown away! It creaked and squeaked every single time you moved and you could also hear every footstep from the room above.
