A lovely hotel with high standards and excellent service
A lovely hotel with high standards and excellent service. The location was perfect in Philadelphia. Shopping in the area was great. And facing Rittenhouse Square, a beautiful spot.

Carpet is dirty, smelled, old and in need of upgrades
Carpet is dirty, smelled, old and in need of upgrades. The hotel should be renovated for the price of the rooms. Get with the program people. Staff was nice and helpful…. Hotel is in great location, but could not believe how dirty and old it was …. Esp in light of the cost! I deserve a refund.

We just came back after 10 years
We just came back after 10 years. We were not disappointed! We love the brunch at La Croix. Looking forward to Scarpetta on our next visit. Stopped by the bar for a drink and to people watch and enjoyed live music and a lively but nice crowd. Love the LeLabo toiletries. Super comfy bed and pillows. I am A sucker for plush bathrobes and slippers which they offered. Was convenient to have an iron in the room too! We got to stroll Rittenhouse Square Park- which is directly outside. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance makes it a pleasure to stay here. Will be back when we are back
