I really love The Ritz-Carlton network, but it was The Ritz-Carlton, Baku that truly amazed me. I specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the team made it unforgettable. Special thanks to Aziza from the reservation department - even before my arrival, she familiarized herself with my Instagram profile, which led to a personal greeting, a beautiful gift, an upgrade, and many pleasant surprises. This kind of individual approach is what truly sets the high level of service apart. The hotel itself is new, modern, impeccably clean, and very stylish. Any issues are resolved quick

Nice, cozy hotel. Comfortable and very clean room. The main advantage is the hotel team. Everyone made a great effort to make sure we enjoyed everything. Close to the airport, we even arrived without traffic jams during rush hour.
