A beautiful hotel let down by the service

Pros: The hotel itself is excellent: beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately, my overall impression of the stay was seriously affected by the service and by several administrative issues which I would not expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Cons: I travel frequently and normally pay for my accommodation, including breakfast, in advance specifically so that check-in and check-out can be as simple as possible. After a flight and a long journey, I simply want to provide my passport, receive the room key and rest. Unfortunately, check-in was quite the opposite. The receptionist spoke so quie
