I was in a hurry as I had to rush for dinner
I was in a hurry as I had to rush for dinner. While a long wait for check-in was acceptable, the key not working was not. The staff at the Club Lounge issued another one. That also didn't work. Then they sent a new one which took its sweet time. I was explained that they were upgrading the locks. So their old cards didn't work on the new locks. Shouldn't they know and issue the right cards? Then I asked for directions to my dinner place. I was advised to take a taxi which would take 15 minutes. The place happened to be less than a 5-minute walk.
