Good but not really on Ritz Carlton High Level.

Pros: "My short stay at The Ritz-Carton Jakarta, Pacific Place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch.The best part of the stay was the Incredibly good staff with kindness and excellent breakfast. The Residences were excellently located next to a mall with dozens of excellent restaurants. Staff superb and very spacious rooms.” Cons: During my stay, I had issues with air conditioning in my master bedroom and I had to transfer to another room on another floor, and in the new room I had another issue with water temperature. Pros: Spacious room, breakfast, helpful bell boy, Cons: Noise from outside(At check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room because I'm sensitive to noise. However, the room was extremely noisy at night due to the noise from outside. ) On the first day, I had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel.

This was our 2nd time stay in this hotel. Its worthwhile. We hope to come again.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The services provided by the staff was far beyond excellent. They are professional and make us feel welcoming. Nice ambience. My family really enjoyed it. Location is very good. Cons: I dont hàve any complaint because the service was very prompt and reliable.
