An exceptional stay with beautiful rooms, outstanding service, a perfect location and thoughtful staff who made us feel

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. The room was beautiful, spacious and exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. We especially appreciated how thoughtful the staff were, even preparing our room before bedtime and making sure everything was clean, comfortable and ready for us to relax. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the train station and so many activities and places nearby. The food and drinks were spectacular, and we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Cons: N/A

Absolutely outstanding, the bar has been set for fine Dining Service and Facility’s.

Pros: Outstanding Views, amazing, friendly, professional Staff. And the Food at Atria was World Class, can’t recommend it enough! Cons: Wasn’t long enough need to book for 4 nights next time!
