Very pleasant overnight stay. We would stay again if we were in the area.
Pros: Easy access. Light bright clean bedroom. Tea and coffee and canned water facilities in the room. Cons: Towel rail was hanging off in the bathroom. A few biscuits with the tea and coffee station in the room would have been a nice touch on arrival.
Pros: Convenient location for wedding in Ashton and Salcey Forest Park run. Easy to find and park. Efficient check in. Quiet. Big bathroom with bath. Cons: Slightly bigger room would have been bet

Lovely people, great location.
Pros: Great location. Very pet friendly, lovely owners. Cons: Probably not suitable as a 2 bed apartment, sofa bed very uncomfortable. A twin bed option would be much easier and nicer. Noise from the road as we had a room right on it.

Paul was great and very hospitable. Breakfast was lovely with options for all diets and even freshly baked brownies and flapjacks. We will be back. Room 3 😁
