Beautiful hotel will stay again
Pros: Roof top bar. 360 views one side beach the other NYC Skyline. The pool area, the staff, overall beautiful hotel Cons: The TV was in a weird place in our room. The weather was bad our first day so we would have liked to be comfortable while watching a movie. The shower was a little hard to figure out.
Cons: Careful of these people, they overcharge the hell ourt of you. They charged me nearly $1000 more. The one evening I forgot my card at the table as well and the waitress charged me double what I wrote down. Pathetic
Pros: Area around pool was lovely, water temperature was great, restaurant experiences were good and staff was friendly. Cons: Pool water could have been somewhat cleaner.
Cons: Die Rezeptionsdame war unglaublich unfreundlich. Wir müssten vor Ort noch 55 Dollar zahlen, obwohl wir vorher mehrfach gefragt haben, was alles bereits bezahlt wurde. Sie war genervt und hat gesagt, dass alles umsonst ist und bereits bezahlt. Bei Check out will sie dann doch plötzlich 55 Dollar.
5-Star Staff!!!
I have NEVER slept on a "foreign" bed & woken up without being stiff & sore! The staff were top-notch! We went for a wedding (5/29-5/31) & Niecey was kind enough to show me what I can eat that was gluten-free & vegetarian at the rehearsal dinner/cocktail party the night before. I was served a delicious glute-free pasta with a nice, chunky marinara & cauliflower steak. I'm not really into cauliflower, but this was so good, I was happy to have it at the wedding too! Tara was serving our table at the wedding & she was equally as fantastic! My only thing is I wish there was a gluten-free opt
