One Night Stay - Two People

Pros: The bed was comfy. Cons: The floor had a large sticky stain on it. The door to the room didn't shut flush to the trim. The doors to the bathroom had dents and holes and stains on them.

Pros: Nothing Cons: The key card was difficult to use. I booked breakfast but was then told that I did not and so could not eat (but in booking.com it said it included breakfast) The air con started up every 10 minutes at night and sounded like an old tank engine. Impossible to sleep. I did turn it off, but it was very hot in the room and I could not open the window - so I had to keep it on. I think I got 2 hours sleep. On top of the elevator display, it looked like someone had rubbed tomato sauce all over it on the wall. This is near reception, so I do not see how they did not notice it eit

Good place and convenient for our one night stay.

Pros: Nice atmosphere inside and friendly staff Cons: Parking, it was far from the entrance and lighting was bad. Also our room was clean but found hair in the tub and on the shower curtain.

Hidden surprises

Pros: The location is good. Clean, quiet , presentable and spacious. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Cons: As I looked around the room to make sure everything works, as I always do, I found mousetraps. Upon finding it, I notified the front desk and they moved me to another room. They even updated my room at no charge for the inconvenience but I found another one in that room as well. At this point I chose not to mention it again because I had just arrived and I didn't want to do the runaround room to room. Plus, I was only staying for one night.
