Pros: Heerlijk bed, goede douche, super aardig en behulpzaam personeel, iedere dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, je eigen, rustige plekje in London, alsof je er woont, op super handige locatie vlakbij King's Cross. Ontbijtservice. Eigen koelkastje, en eigen koffie/thee kunnen zetten. Cons: Maar 1 klein wastafeltje, klein appartementje, maar dat schijnt overal in London zo te zijn.

Pros: Très bon accueil et services, Beaucoup de petites intentions très appréciées comme le plateau thé / journal, posé avant notre départ et équipements dans la chambre Cons: isolation phonique un peu légère

Pros: Perfectly located for King’s Cross. Loved the touches of the little goodies in the fridge. Staff super welcoming and helpful Cons: Only minor issue was the window and shutters didn’t close all the way (room 10 - I forgot to mention as I left) weather was fine so didn’t cause any issue but might be more of a problem in winter

A great and unique place to stay close to everything

Pros: I loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the size of the rooms. Cons: The facilities are in need of a bit of a loving refurbishment. Especially the bathroom and the bed and the carpets. I love the themed rooms though yet assume it’s harder to maintain.

Pros: Staff were nice and location close to Euston. Complimentary bottle prosecco on arrival. They looked after our bags while we went into city. Cons: Basement bedroom, pretty dark and dingy. The bathroom was a plastic corner unit but power shower was hot. Bathroom light not working when we got into room but maintenance fixed while we were out. One double bed was against a wall. The glass door onto a patio looked straight into another bedroom. TV was in a wall that didn’t face the beds. Noisy aircon unit.
