Pros: Perfect stay! I wish I could have been there forever. The staff were exceptional, carried my heavy luggage and stored it for me on my last day. The rooms were beautifully furnished. Really good location next to a station while also being quiet. Lovely courtyard for the summer. I cannot speak highly enough. Cons: I didn't get to see the cat! Haha

Pros: Its location, style and ambience! Cons: The lack of a lift! A really minor quibble - the kettle had to be plugged in on the floor as the plug was a different spec to the socket nearest the table.

Characterful rooms and lovely staff in a great location
Pros: Beautiful hotel in the Barbican area with individually designed rooms full of character. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and attentive, and they even made a room available for us to take meetings in, which we really appreciated. Great value for the location too. We'd happily stay again. Cons: No parking on site, so plan ahead if you're driving. We could also hear our neighbours from upstairs and next door, so the soundproofing isn't the strongest.
