Over priced, unsympathetic staff when complaint was made regarding the lack of breakfast
Pros: Didn't have breakfast. When I booked, I thought continental breakfast was included. However, this was not the case. Thought the price was high with that in mind. Cons: Booked a twin room, was given a large double instead. Very noisy, and woken at 5 am by refuse collection taking place under the bedroom window.

Staff good, exceeded expectations. Great to have Aircon. Lovely for our dog.
We thought breakfast was included because of Booking.com's presentation.
