Pros: It's really close to the Barbican. The staff were lovely and really hard working. The food was amazing! Had a lunchtime meal and breakfast, it was gorgeous. The lighting in our room was great: main light plus various lamps. There were bedside cabinets with plug sockets behind them. The pillows were comfortable. There was a kettle with good supplies of tea, coffee etc. Cons: The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the bed creaked. The traffic was quite noisy (the room was on the front).
