Lovely b&b but my experience did not match the cost of the stay.
Pros: Beautiful rooms, comfy bed and included breakfast was delicious. Very centrally located at deal. They also helped us with our bags up the stairs which was great.
Cons: The wifi didn’t work, the rooms were very stuffy on a hot day and the windows only opened a few inches. They provided a fan but it was a large floor fan so very impractical - we had to perch it on a bedside table.
Overall I did not think the stay was worth £250 a night despite being quite nice.

Deal is a love seaside town- mainly closed on Monday and Tuesday disappointingly. The Rose is a lovely place to stay .
Fantastic property- super decoration.

Great place to say in the heart of Deal
Pros: A thoughtfully designed hotel / bar / restaurant. A fun and vibrate interior and really friendly and welcoming staff.
Cons: Given it is an old building, noise travels when people are walking in communal areas which is to be expected.

Pros: Staff lovely
Pros: Staff lovely. Location great. Decor lovely. Room 9 was lovely. Bed very comfy. Nice breeze through the opened windows. Small & possibly overpriced for the size. The tea facilities on the landings were a nice touch.
Cons: My friend had room 7. This was hot & stuffy. We asked to open the window but were told the window lock had got stuck & it could not be opened which on a boiling hot day was ridiculous. A window that cant be opened must contravene safety regs. She had a very uncomfortable & restless night in a hot stuffy airless room. The shower room needs a velux blind.
