Great location, comfortable rooms

Pros: Great location, comfortable room, great coffee (when machine is working and stocked) Cons: Customer service can be great or pretty bad - it just depends on who you get. Hotel has an amazing coffee machine - unfortunately it’s not maintained and stocked, so often broken or without supplies.

Foi simplesmente fantástica!!!

Quarto super limpo, aconchegante, eu e minha família amamos. Um café da manhã maravilhoso, o serviço de chegada e de manuseio com o carro foi excepcional. Com certeza voltarei muitas vezes! Obrigada por toda a atenção!

Dirty Room and Bad Customer Service

Bed sheets had stains on them and room was dusty. I asked for new sheets at front desk and for a clean up and was met with rudeness. No one changed the sheets or dusted room. Will not stay here again. Overall Bad Experience.
