It was a miserable, frustrating and uncomfortable stay and experience.

Pros: Nothing Cons: The beds were old, uncomfortable, lumpy with sheets that were stained with blood or other stains. We had a couple blankets with us and had to sleep on top of the comforter due to the sheets not being clean/stained. The whole flat was not clean and there were small dead bugs in the bathroom, kitchen and hallway. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck and there was old water in the sink. We had to wash hands and brush teeth in the kitchen. Kitchen cleaner and sponges were dirty. Got up early in the morning to leave for airport and saw live cockroaches all sizes crawling o

A nice, comfortable, short stay

Pros: Very comfortable, our host was so accommodating & friendly, it was out of the way so peaceful, it was perfect for what I and my two colleagues needed for a short stay in London. Cons: Nothing. It was spot on. Zero complaints.
