The front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. Convenient to all the adventures we planned was fantastic.

Pleasant and relaxing . Enjoyed walk around the town centre
Pros: Good quality breakfast with adequate range of food Cons: I tried to book hotel directly but was led to a booking site. As I may be visiting regularly to see my small in Inverness, I would prefer to have a direct relationship with the hotel.

Pros: The location is perfect Cons: Some of the staff were friendly & some weren't. That was our 4th time staying there & if it wasn't for the location probably wouldn't bother. Continental breakfast could be better too , ie, fresh fruit should be offered & some of the pastries weren't fresh.

Pros: Entrance to the Building is Beautiful and its right at the station, Reception staff were very friendly Cons: ZERO sound insulation, i could very clearly hear people talking in the room next door at 04:58 when they decided to leave. We were told that the bar would remain open until 11:00 p.m., at 10 o'clock Sharp the doors were closed and the bar staff left. One of the guys behind the bar was quite arrogant.
